1. Who is responsible

This website, ucfprotech.com, is operated by Nova Information Technologies, Yahyakaptan Mah., Akasyalar Cad. No:24/1, İzmit, Kocaeli, Türkiye ("we"), as the data controller. UCF Teknoloji A.Ş. is in formation. Once it is registered, it will take over the website and we will update this notice.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. The fonts on this site are served from our own server, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.

Analytics cookies are set only after you select "Allow analytics". You can change your choice at any time in . If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and remove the Google Analytics cookies we can reach from this site.

Our content delivery provider may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to filter automated traffic. These do not track you across sites.

4. Who receives the data

  • Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), as provider of Google Analytics, only if you consent.
  • Cloudflare, Inc., as content delivery and security provider.
  • Our email service provider, for messages you send us.

These providers may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in Article 9 of KVKK and Chapter V of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where it applies, or your explicit consent.

5. How long we keep it

  • Correspondence: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows, then deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
  • Security logs: for the short periods set by our content delivery provider.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may:

  • learn whether we process your personal data and request information about it;
  • learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred;
  • ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data, and to delete or destroy it;
  • ask us to notify those third parties of any correction or deletion;
  • object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis;
  • receive your data in a portable format, where the GDPR applies;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Send your request to info@ucfprotech.com or in writing to the address above. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
